Studiva may access or process the following information only to provide the app features:

• Camera access: used to scan documents when you choose to use the camera.
• Photos, images, and PDF files: used when you choose to import documents from your device.
• Document text: used to display extracted text and to generate summaries, translations, quizzes, and study materials.
• Purchase and subscription status: processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to manage Pro access and restore purchases.
• App usage counters: stored locally to manage free usage limits and Pro access behavior.

2. Local Storage

Studiva stores saved documents, extracted text, study materials, and exported PDF information locally on your device unless a feature clearly requires online processing. You can delete saved documents from within the app.

3. AI Features

When you use AI features such as text improvement, summaries, translations, or quizzes, the relevant document text may be sent securely to our AI processing service in order to generate the requested result. Do not upload documents that contain sensitive information unless you are comfortable using these features.

4. Third-Party Services

Studiva may use third-party services to provide core functionality, including:

• Google Play services and Google Play Billing for subscriptions, purchases, in-app reviews, and app updates.
• RevenueCat for managing subscription entitlement status.
• Google ML Kit or related Google document scanning tools for document scanning and text recognition.
• Cloudflare Workers AI or similar AI infrastructure for AI text processing features.

These services may process data according to their own privacy and security practices.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers when necessary to provide app features, process subscriptions, support AI features, or comply with legal requirements.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data processed by the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Documents and study materials saved locally remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Subscription records are managed by Google Play and RevenueCat. If you need help with privacy or deletion questions, contact us using the email below.

8. Children

Studiva is intended for general productivity and study use. It is not specifically designed for children under 13.
