1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, or downloading, installing, and using the Studiva mobile application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, please discontinue your use of our application and services immediately.

2. Description of Service & AI/OCR Processing

Studiva provides a digital study workspace for scanning educational documents, cropping/editing pages, converting images into text using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), translating text, summarizing paragraphs, and generating custom study quizzes.

• User Document Responsibility: You are solely and fully responsible for any textbooks, handwritten notes, images, or files you scan, import, upload, or process using Studiva. You must ensure you have all appropriate copyrights, licenses, or legal permissions before digitizing or scanning any study material.
• No Unlimited AI Promise: To prevent service abuse and ensure smooth operations for all learners, access to AI-powered features (such as summarization, translation, page recovery, and quiz generation) may be subject to reasonable usage limitations, quotas, or subscription tiers. We do not promise unlimited AI queries.

3. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Cancellations

Studiva may offer subscription tiers or promotional trial periods. These purchases are handled under the following parameters:

• Billing Management: All in-app subscriptions, transactions, and trial memberships are managed securely through Google Play Billing services and our subscription provider, RevenueCat.
• Cancellation Policy: Users can easily manage, modify, or cancel active subscriptions and auto-renewals at any time directly through the subscription menu in their Google Play Store account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

The Studiva brand name, logos, UI designs, splash screens, graphic assets, and underlying application source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Dropine Media LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our app or assets without explicit permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Studiva is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees that OCR text extraction, translations, summaries, or quizzes will meet specific academic standards or function entirely error-free.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time to align with integrated services or updated policies. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your binding agreement to the updated Terms.
